The Challenge
The platform needed to manage complex product data and content across multiple countries while remaining usable for editors.
Product data was imported from an external PIM system, resulting in highly structured but complex content within the CMS.
Editors had to work with large datasets, nested structures, and advanced content elements — making content management difficult and time-consuming.
Standard CMS components were not sufficient to handle these requirements in a user-friendly way.
The challenge was to reduce complexity for editors without limiting the flexibility and power of the system.
My Contribution
I was responsible for designing and implementing custom components and workflows to improve the authoring experience.
This included building advanced UI components for handling complex content structures, such as structured tables, dynamic elements, and reusable content modules.
A strong focus was placed on simplifying editor interactions while preserving full control over content and layout.
The goal was to make complex functionality accessible and efficient for non-technical users.
