Frequent issues and unclear system behavior slowed down development and reduced confidence in making changes.
The challenge was to stabilize a large, business-critical platform while keeping it operational across multiple regions.
My Contribution
I was responsible for analyzing the existing platform, identifying structural weaknesses, and stabilizing critical areas of the system.
This included improving architectural consistency, reducing technical debt, and introducing clearer patterns for ongoing development.
A key focus was enabling the platform to scale reliably across markets while maintaining performance and stability.
