The Challenge
The project required building a complete digital platform from scratch with full responsibility across all areas.
There was no existing system or technical foundation — everything had to be designed, implemented, and operated from the ground up.
The platform needed to cover multiple aspects including content management, hosting, email setup, SEO, and ongoing maintenance.
At the same time, the solution had to remain simple, reliable, and cost-effective.
The challenge was to deliver a complete system that works seamlessly without unnecessary complexity.
My Contribution
I was responsible for the full lifecycle of the platform — from initial setup and development to hosting and ongoing operation.
This included building the website, configuring infrastructure, setting up email systems, and optimizing the platform for search engines.
A strong focus was placed on reliability, simplicity, and maintainability.
The system is fully managed and continuously maintained to ensure stable long-term operation.
