The platform needed to connect multiple systems, data sources, and communication channels into one coherent architecture.
Marketing, communication, and device-generated data existed in separate systems without a unified structure.

The challenge was to design a system that could unify these domains while remaining flexible for future expansion.
My Contribution
I was responsible for designing and implementing the integration architecture connecting marketing systems, communication workflows, and real-time data streams.
This included building reliable data pipelines, integrating external systems, and ensuring consistent data flow across the platform.
A key component was the development of a messaging system to process device data and trigger communication workflows.
The focus was on creating a scalable foundation that supports both current operations and future growth.
